Hahaha yeah, it's challenging in the current atmosphere to try to prioritize sleep. It's important.. but there are lots of other things we want/need to do, I hate when I get in a rut and slack on it!
I have been testing my limits.. I know roughly the amount of water I can drink before bed so that I only wake up with my alarm, not to pee lol it's a science! Magnesium Glycinate helps, makes you tired but also reduces your urge to pee in the middle of the night.
