One victory :P I don't know if it will be ever possible (mathematically) to get back to "less than one" KE through curation / writing awards, but I have gone from eight point something to six point something in less than a month.
I've been transparent about my hive-off-ramping in the past. Future exits will have that same transparency. It isn't even that much money. I'm on hive for a long time, not a good time. But that doesn't mean I haven't had good times! :)
The fact that we interact with each other on other people's content mean that we're paying attention and absorbing the whole, as opposed to just dancing in our own homes.
More people need to step out onto the dance floor in other people's comment sections. Not.. like, respond to every comment, but at least have a bit of a discussion, or bring up bits of an author's post that was missed, provide further reading, or debunk obviously erroneous data when it is identified.
You will be surprised how quickly KE improves. I have seen people go from KE = 10 to KE =2 in 4 months :)
~3600HP to 4382HP in 30 days for me, through just posting and commenting. I have tried to step up my quality in both posts and comments in this time.
My all time rewards are ~24k + 2.5k curation or something like that
So... 7.5KE to 6.16KE in 30 days.
I am still currently jobless, so I have much time to dedicate to exploring HIVE :D
