No, I don't feel sleepy on days I swim. I think it's because I did some heavy workout at the gym, swim and then work? I feel like I can think clearer after swimming.

I swim about 5 times/week included gym too. But maybe that'll change too. Did you swim twice a week only?

Yup, twice a week. But I also train mountain biking on all the other days, so swimming is more like a recovery from the bicycle. Are you swimming only, at pace, or do you also do interval trainings? I find those extremely exhausting -- interval training, high intensity intervals and progressive.
