Thank you! My mom's recipe is the one I love best, but, it has too many steps to post (It sounds complicated, but, really, the dish itself sounds complicated no matter how simple you make it) When I came across the recipe, years ago, I clipped it and add and subtract from it. :) So, it doesn't feel like the same one in some ways, but, the bones of it and the credit goes to them. I substitute different things in it each time, depending on what I have. :)
