RE: Unlocking An Untapped Market - A Market Friday Contribution

Better believe it. Here in our city the barter trade suddenly appeared during the lockdown and in less than a month's time, there were already 160,000 members. This was through Facebook. All items for barter are posted on FB and all bids (in the form of goods counter-offered) are also through the comments section of FB. Exchanges are done via meet up between parties, usually arranged through Messenger. Same with on-line market. The problem with the big on-line sellers like Amazon, Ali Baba, eBay, etc is you have to pay through a credit card. In our country, a lot of people don't have credit cards. So they cannot buy on-line. But with the Facebook on-line marketing, payments are on COD or Cash On Delivery basis. So it is quite convenient to order because people don't need credit cars anymore.
