RE: Market Friday... Lavender Fields, Forever

in Market Fridaylast year (edited)

@dswigle Being in such a distinguished place, is like spending a few days in a paradise, full of lavenders, with their exquisite aromas, I imagine that the lavender stems are taken from there, and then planted on a large scale and get the lavender perfume, I correct me if I'm wrong, seeing such beautiful gardens is as if the great essence of lavender reached my nose. I like such a distinguished publication, with such beautiful photos, in Venezuela in two places I can observe said landscapes of plantations in the Merida state and in Caripe Monagas state, but not with lavender. Lavender is a plant that also offers peace, tranquility, I have seen it in envelopes in Venezuela to prepare infusions and tea, but not in plantations.

Thank you, the lavender fields are lovely, and walking through there is a blissful experience. I have a few lavender plants, but, prefer to support the local farmers in the area for my larger purchases and I do not have the room! :)

They have little stores on the plantations where they sell their products. It is another way to support themselves. Have you ever had lavender tea?

Thank you for stopping by and leaving your words.

#MarketFriday loves you!

I would like to have lavender here, because a tea is very beneficial for health, as far as I know, it is very good for stress and calms the mind, which I need so much, I only consume green tea for this, as I would like to verify how healthy it is to drink lavender tea, for now I calm my stress by doing yoga. I wish you much success, I hope to visit us more often through our publications.

Thank you! I read a blog here that was very informative. See here

Compounds in lavender work to mimic the role of neurotransmitters, helping to decrease stress levels and reduce anxiety. For the best benefits, combine lavender tea with other sleep teas like chamomile tea or valerian root tea.

That's good dear @dswigle if it's like you say, combine lavender tea with other teas to sleep like chamomile tea or valerian root tea, feet I'll do my best to experience it. Thank you, it would be nice to visit us always. successes

Thank you! Have a great night!~
