Wow!!! You are probably already a specialist in the ability to adapt to new circumstances! it's not easy. I did not count how many times we moved from city to city or from apartment to apartment. but we only have 2 countries. I decided to count how many times my husband and I moved: I got 12 cities and 19 apartments, if I didn’t forget something. and we, too, in most cases lived there for only 1 year. when you are young it is not so difficult, but now it is more difficult for me. we have it connected with the work of my husband. why do you have to move so much: do you like new impressions or is it also a necessity? 😀

I am… @tali72 😁 hahaha I can adjust easily by now 😉
When younger and living with my parents it was their work. 3 countries are covered in that.
When I moved out of their home age 16… it was my school and later work related. After my divorce it was my long time dream to move to Spain. So I did alone in 2015. After that it was choice…
Than I met my now hubby… and we are moving around for his work. Even being relocated from Spain to Malta. After a year we moved back out of choice hahaha moving around a bit in Spain again work related.
And soon being relocated to country nr. 6 is work again.
So for me it is a combination. Choice, necessity (some times rentals where falling apart after moving in, like roof collapse etc.) and work mostly.
Shortest we stayed anywhere was about 1,5 month… I think my moves are closer to 50 by now.
Hubbies isn’t that much as mine though and just 3 countries.
My moves where never close to each other. Always far far away. So new areas all the time.

I do notice now we are getting older… (mid 40s) we do want to settle down. Truly settle down. So we hope one rental to come and search “our spot” and than buy our first home and stay… would love a garden 🪴 😁😊 and get many many plants hahaha 😜

yes, you are a great traveler! 😀 but you have a lot of different things to inspire as an artist: beautiful places, parks, landscapes, etc. I hope your movements do not interfere with your drawing. I am amazed at how you carry plants with you !!! 😮 I used to grow violets. they bloomed beautifully for me. but they could not survive the move - it was so pitiful that these flowers all withered 😭 for some time we still carried other plants with us when moving, not as delicate as violets, but then we gave them to friends. and now we only buy annuals. having your own garden is great! it just takes a lot of strength to take care of it

Thank you kindly for your nice words @tali72 🥰
I see in everything inspiration. My adventures, travels and all my surroundings.
I am not creative at the moment as most of my studio is still in boxes. Ones we get over to our new place I will set up my art studio again. Can’t wait to start… it’s like our lives are on hold. As we are planning it since a while now, but delays, backlogs everywhere makes it longer than anticipated.
We will get there 😉😊 it just takes a little longer.

If I moved over the road in European countries I moved my plants always with me. The next move… I can’t as our belongings go in a container on a ship for weeks… so I have to start over.
But it’s worth it. We get a garden 😁🥰💃🏻 I will start a vegetable, fruit and herb garden again 🤩
Soon…
Enjoy your day 👋🏻☀️
