Good day everyone and Happy new month. Today I bring to you all, a video content, my very first video content in this awesome community. I will explaining how to calculate safe days and unsafe days in order to avoid pregnancy or to get pregnant. The video is long but it is totally worth your time, as it is packed with a lot information.

Safe days are days within a female's menstrual cycle where she is unlikely to conceive after having unprotected sexual intercourse. One the other hand, unsafe days or fertile days are days within a female's menstrual cycle where she is likely to conceive after having unprotected sexual intercourse.

Ovulation is the determining factor to know your safe days and unsafe days. To know more you would have to watch the video.

I didn't know it would be this long but it's totally worth it. Next time, I will set a timer 😂. But I was trying as much as possible to explain in details how to calculate your safe days in order to avoid pregnancy.

Till I Come Your Way, Stay Safe !!!

I am a preacher of abstinence. If you are not married.

Truly, abstinence is the best opinion out there and I said it in the video. But what if you can't abstain, then you need to understand how and what causes pregnancy, in order to prevent it or to conceive. As a woman, even if you are abstaining, you ought to understand safe days and unsafe days, because you would get married someday.

Thanks for coming around honorable @gentleshaid and dropping a good comment, which should have been the case in an ideal world.

The reason why I tend to hold this calculation with levity is something I do not understand, for the sake of knowledge, every woman should know this, thanks for the reminder.

It is a must you understand your safe days and understand your ovulation. I really don't know why girls don't care much about this. My girlfriend doesn't care about it too, and that's why I have a vast knowledge about this subject because I read lots and lots of articles and watched lots and lots of videos. I'm can tell you, with this method, you can enjoy the pleasure of unprotected and don't get any scare of pregnancy.

Note, you have to practice this method with your partner alone, because there is STDs and HIV out there. Because this method has nothing to do with HIV and STIs & STDs.

I know the video is long but if you watch it, you would fully understand the calculation and I'm here to answer any question that you may want to ask.

Thanks for coming around and making such a nice comment @oluwatobiloba

Good one here, wow

Thanks for your nice comment @ayomike

Remember to use condoms!!!!
!1UP

Of course, condom is very necessary if you don't have a steady partner that you TRUST. But if you have a partner that you TRUST, you can try and practice this method. You have 10 days in a month when won't use condom and enjoy the full pleasure of sexual intercourse.

Thanks for coming around and making such a nice comment @gwajnberg

I must say that I have a different opinion from the one of @gentleshaid: being careful and not hesitating to test in case of suspicion.
