What is constipation and how can it affect my health? Constipation is the condition of being constipated. How to Deal with Constipation

With proper research, I have been able to come up with 4 ways to get rid of constipation . Stools should be light, soft, and passable without straining. If you’re experiencing chronic constipation, you may wish to see a doctor.

(1). Drink 8–12 glasses of water a day.

(2). Boil or drink a large volume of water with a high concentration of starches.

(3). Add 1/4–1/2 tablespoon of baking soda to each 5–6 glasses of water to help with odor and acidity.

(4). Use a natural fiber, likeania (from Avena sativa), fructooligosaccharin, or polydextrose.

Beware of laxatives that aren’t natural, like those sold over the counter, because they may contain chemicals and prescription drugs.

Diarrhea and Constipation

When stool isn’t moving out of your body, it’s known as diarrhea. Diarrhea usually occurs as a result of an eating disorder, a symptom of which is constipation. If you have frequent diarrhea, it’s likely that you’re not eating enough stools.

If your diarrhea is sour, foamy, and/or hard, you may have constipation. You should be aware that certain foods make your stools pass more quickly, which may cause your diarrhea to become more frequent.

Here are 5 ways to boost your bowel function:
