Un saludo a todos los que frecuentan esta bonita comunidad, siempre digo que el que ama y cuida a los animales es potencialmente un amigo mío, así que podría decir, buenos días/tardes/noches amigos de C/Hive Pets, espero estén teniendo un buen fin de semana, inicio de unas mini vacaciones por Semana Santa en muchos países.
Hoy les quiero compartir una buena noticia, cada rescate, adopción, ayuda, protección a algún perrito sin hogar para mi es una excelente noticia. Y sinceramente, este tipo de buenas noticias las hay a diario, solo que pareciera que no hacen ruido. "Vende" más difundir noticias nefastas de maltrato animal, de abandonos, etc, y aunque ciertamente debemos concientizar sobre el hecho, no podemos obviar que lo bueno también sucede, hay gente buena por el mundo, héroes anónimos que brindan amor y protección a los peluditos de la calle.
Me gustaría leer historias así, para que nos contagiemos con esa energía de ayuda y cooperación, para que cada vez sean más los animalitos que podamos ayudar.
Esta historia es de Lulú. Lulú fue avistada por varios vecinos de una tía que vive en una zona popular de Maracay, Estado Aragua Venezuela. Al parecer, el perrito llevaba días detrás de una canal de aguas negras, estaba todo embarrado de lodo y lucía muy temeroso. La gente solo se limitaba a mirar y a proseguir su camino, hasta que unos vecinos, de esos que yo llamo héroes anónimos, se propusieron ayudar.
Greetings to all who frequent this nice community, I always say that the one who loves and cares for animals is potentially a friend of mine, so I could say, good morning/afternoon/evening friends of C/Hive Pets, I hope you are having a good weekend, beginning of a mini vacation for Easter in many countries.
Today I want to share with you some good news, every rescue, adoption, help, protection to a homeless doggy for me is an excellent news. And honestly, there is this kind of good news every day, it just seems that they do not make noise. It "sells" more to spread bad news of animal abuse, abandonment, etc., and although we must certainly raise awareness about the fact, we can not ignore that good things also happen, there are good people around the world, unsung heroes who provide love and protection to the little furry ones on the street.
I would like to read stories like this, so that we get infected with that energy of help and cooperation, so that more and more animals can be helped.
This story is about Lulu. Lulu was spotted by several neighbors of an aunt who lives in a popular area of Maracay, Aragua State, Venezuela. Apparently, the little dog had been behind a sewage canal for days, it was all muddy and looked very fearful. People just looked on and continued on their way, until some neighbors, what I call anonymous heroes, decided to help.
Lulú, porque resultó ser una hembrita, estaba temerosa, temblaba mucho y estaba arisca, uno de los vecinos que se animó a cruzar la canal para buscarla contó que le gruñó y se ocultaba entre los matorrales cuando lo veía acercarse, así estuvieron un tiempo hasta que se les ocurrió ofrecerle comida.
Allí la situación cambió, la pobre estaba tan hambrienta que el temor pasó a un segundo plano, y fue en ese momento cuando tenía un par de minutos comiendo que el vecino le colocó una sábana encima y logró agarrarla.
One of the neighbors who dared to cross the canal to look for her said that she growled at him and hid in the bushes when she saw him approaching, and they stayed like that for a while until they thought of offering her food.
There the situation changed, the poor thing was so hungry that fear took a back seat, and it was at that moment when she had been eating for a couple of minutes that the neighbor placed a sheet over her and managed to grab her.
No fue uno solo, fueron varios, uno se acercó a buscarla, otra fue a buscar la comida que sirvió como "anzuelo", otro consiguió la tablita para poder cruzar más fácil, mi tía buscó la sábana y tomó estas pocas fotos como evidencia de que como siempre digo lo bueno también sucede.
It wasn't just one, it was several, one went to look for it, another one went to look for the food that served as a "hook", another one got the little board to be able to cross more easily, my aunt looked for the sheet and took these few pictures as evidence that as I always say **good things also happen.
A Lulú le dieron comida, es una mestiza de poodle que debe tener aproximadamente unos 2 años, quizás escapó de algún hogar o fue abandonada. Le brindaron agua potable, alimentos, y aunque al inicio estaba un poco desconfiada, dejó que la bañaran sin oponer resistencia, dentro de todo su abandono, está bastante sana, solo unas pocas pulgas y algo de bajo peso. Como para mejorar aun la historia, lo último que supo mi tía sobre Lulú, es que dentro del grupo de vecinos una señora se ofreció a recibirla en su hogar, cosa que alegró a todo el grupo que unieron fuerzas para hacer esta pequeña gran obra.
De mi parte, bendiciones para todas las y los "Lulus" que aun anda sin cobijo en las calles, y mi agradecimiento a esos héroes anónimos que abundan y nos alegran el corazón con sus buenas acciones.
PD: Lulú es el nombre temporal que le puso mi tía para referirse a la perrita. 😄

Lulu was given food, she is a poodle mongrel that must be about 2 years old, maybe she escaped from a home or was abandoned. She was given drinking water, food, and although she was a little suspicious at first, she let them bathe her without resistance, in spite of all her abandonment, she is quite healthy, only a few fleas and a little underweight. As if to make the story even better, the last thing my aunt knew about Lulu, is that within the group of neighbors a lady offered to receive her in her home, which made the whole group happy and they joined forces to do this great little work.
On my part, blessings to all the "Lulus" who are still without shelter in the streets, and my thanks to those anonymous heroes who abound and gladden our hearts with their good deeds.
PS: Lulu is the temporary name my aunt gave her to refer to the little dog. 😄
