¡Hola, hola! Feliz inicio de semana, espero estén muy bien, les deseo una exitosa y productiva semana a todos. Los gatos, a pesar de que son considerados como un animal doméstico no han perdido su instinto salvaje, muchos viven en los espacios abiertos de las urbanizaciones, sobre los tejados de las casas, en lugares abandonados o en los patios, jardines y estacionamientos de los edificios, a algunos les gusta interactuar con las personas y se dejan acariciar mientras que otros, son completamente salvajes y prefieren alejarse de nosotros.

Hello, hello! We are starting a new week, I hope you are very well, I wish a successful and productive week to all of you. Cats, despite the fact that they are considered a domestic animal, haven´t lost their wild instinct, many live in the open spaces of urbanizations, on the roofs of houses, in abandoned places or in the patios, gardens and parking lots of the buildings, some like to interact with people and allow themselves to be petted while others are completely wild and prefer to stay away from us.

En el edificio donde vivo, casi siempre ha habido gatos, algunas veces muchos, otras uno o dos y durante un largo tiempo no había ninguno. Mi edificio está entre dos terrenos, uno de ellos es una gran casa abandonada y medio en ruinas que la vegetación ha hecho suya, y también, tiene un jardín con un árbol de mango en la parte de atrás. Cuando esta casa estuvo habitada, había gatos que vivían entre sus tejados y jardines y ahora también jajaja. Los gatos que suelen venir al edificio son de las casas y terrenos aledaños, ninguno duerme en el edificio.

In the building where I live, there have almost always been cats, sometimes many, sometimes one or two, and for a long time there weren´t any cats. My building is between two pieces of land, one of which is a large abandoned and half-ruined house that vegetation has invaded completely, and that also has a garden with a mango tree in the back. When this house was inhabited, there were cats that lived among its roofs and gardens and now too hahaha. The cats that usually come to the building are from the surrounding houses and land, none of them sleep in the building´s parking lot.

Me encantan los gatos y me gusta fotografiarlos, si bien la mayoría de estos gatos que andan por el estacionamiento son asustadizos, algunos se dejan tocar, son los de las fotos de cerca jajaja. Los invito a conocerlos, acompáñenme.

I love cats and I like to photograph them, although most of these cats that walk around the parking lot are skittish, some allow themselves to be touched, they are the ones in the close-up photos hahaha. I invite you to meet them, join me.

El galán del vecindario / The beau of the neighborhood

Esta gata vive en la casa de al lado pero le gusta buscar aventuras en el vecindario / This cat lives in the house next door but she´s always looking for some adventure in the neighborhood

Galáctico, el otro galán del barrio / Galactic, the other beau of the neighborhood

Galáctico se dejaba acariciar y muchas veces tenía que ponerle crema cicatrizante a las heridas que le quedaban por pelearse con otros gatos / Galactic allowed himself to be petted and many times I had to put healing cream on the wounds left by fighting with other male cats

Ella es Negrita, la hija del gato negro, todas las tardes me espera en el estacionamiento porque sabe que siempre le bajo algo de comida / She is Negrita, the black cat´s daughter, every afternoon she waits for me at the parking lot because she knows that I always bring her some food

Negrita es muy asustadiza así que no se deja agarrar / Negrita is very skittish so she doesn't get caught

¿Y en sus vecindarios hay gatos? Bueno amigos, espero les hayan gustado estas fotos y estos gatos. Recuerden ser amables con los animales, todos los seres vivos merecen amor y respeto y si pueden, guarden de vez en cuando un poco de comida para ellos.
