A day out for the children of the house.

Hi friends and your pets, I don't have pets but I now live with four dogs who are my nephews' pets, because now we are now living for a while with my nephews.

Monday was a holiday here in Mexico and we took the opportunity to take the dogs for a walk in a lagoon that is about 40 minutes from home.

It was a very hot day and it had been a while since the kids had left the house. If you don't know these little friends yet, I invite you to read a short story about each of them, in this publication where I introduce them in the Blockchain.

There is a saying: "A picture says more than a thousand words". I think these pictures can perfectly describe how happy they were, no need for me to tell you.

Although it was quite hot and not very shady, it was a relaxing day for us as well. We did not swim in the lagoon because the water looked very cloudy, but the heat almost forced us to go in.

In the end, it was a good idea not to go into the lagoon, when we had arrived an hour later a police car appeared and with it four officers, they told us that it was forbidden to swim there because the water was contaminated and that we should not let the dogs drink the water. There was no warning anywhere and it was too late for the warning, two days have passed and thank God the dogs are perfectly fine.

They don't last for the toys you buy for them, so anything is a toy for them. In this case a dry branch was a good choice for fun.

Canelo and Nala are the ones who ran to reach the branch thrown by my nephew, and although Canelo is bigger and stronger, Nala is the one who always won, or maybe he was very gentlemanly and let her win, well, we will never know.

For Laika it was always more fun to run in the water, to reach the bubbles and cough from the water getting into her nose, for her it was very boring to run behind a dry stick.

I think that pets enjoy any activity that is done with them outdoors, if you have pets remember that they also need to get out of the house from time to time, it is not difficult to make them happy because they do not demand many things for that. You just need to give them love, protection, food and lots of fun! They will pay you back by wagging their tails and licking your feet! 😁

No need to write much, these pictures tell the most important part of the story: the dogs had a lot of fun. The pictures are beautiful, well focused and above all, they somehow transmit what the dogs are doing. Thanks for sharing this in the community.

Thank you!😉

Your pets are so cute and they make me feel homesick, I have 2 dogs in my home, and they look more like my friends than pets😊

I'm sorry these images make you feel homesick. Pets bring joy to life and yes, many times they become more than pets. For many, they are like children, siblings, and of course friends! I'm glad you have pets too, take refuge in them when you're homesick. 🐕

Yep, Hope you will have a great experience with your friends and I am looking forward to your next posts with these friends 😊.

I sure do, now that I live with them I will be sharing many more photos. 😉
