The intrigue of the Floating Lake in the Vladimir region.
Let me remind you that last time it was an autumn day, still without frost, and I photographed islands with pine trees on this lake. There were at least three islands. According to information from the internet they move from shore to shore. You can see the post from 12.03. There was no wind and they were not moving. There were pine trees growing on each islet, green and yellow, both smaller and bigger.
Now that the bodies of water were covered in ice, I was here again. The lake opened up to me with NO islands. Where they had gone, I don't know. Probably they had "moored" to the shore and "meshed" with it.
Интрига Плавучего озера во Владимирской области.
Напомню, что в прошлый раз был осенний денек, ещё без мороза, и я фотографировала острова с соснами на этом озере. Островов было не меньше трёх. По информации из интернета они перемещаются от берега к берегу. Можете посмотреть публикацию от 12.03. При мне не было ветра и они не двигались. На каждом островке росли сосенки, зеленые и желтые, совсем маленькие и побольше.
Теперь, когда водоёмы покрылись льдом, я снова оказалась тут. И вот передо мной открылось озеро БЕЗ островов. Куда они подевались, не знаю. Вероятно, они "причалили" к берегу и "сцепились" с ним.
As I walked, I walked around the lake in a circle, trying to guess the lost fragments in the shoreline, but of course it proved to be a challenge. Nature had changed, it had taken on a winter ambience, and frost had frozen the ground. And I didn't remember everything well enough the last time to notice the differences.
That's the way it is. What do you think? They didn't vanish into space, did they? 🤭
Now we have to wait until spring and visit here again to find out the truth.
I know there are locals amongst the readers, can you tell me where the islands have gone? They were so photogenic, so pretty, with pine trees.
Во время прогулки я обошла озеро по кругу, пытаясь угадать в линии берега потерянные фрагменты, но это, конечно, оказалось сложной задачей. Природа изменилась, приобрела зимнюю ажурность, землю сковали морозы. И я не настолько хорошо все запомнила в прошлый раз, чтобы заметить различия.
Такие дела. А вы что думаете? Ну не в космос же они испарились? 🤭
Теперь нужно дождаться весны и снова наведаться сюда, чтобы выяснить истину.
Я знаю, среди читателей есть местные, подскажите, куда подевались острова? Они были такие фотогеничные, такие красивые, с сосенками.
