My parents taught me this, and I taught it to my children. I think it's a good tradition.
Absolutely a good tradition, a small phrase that makes a difference. :)
I got a lot of feedback, remarking that my kids always say thanks and please.
Other kids did not do that, but I think, mine had an advantage through that.
And that is fine.
