What is HivePosh? It is a marketing initiative with around 40 weekly active users. The mission is simple: to incentivize Hive promotion outside of Hive.
HivePosh thrives on Reddit, with around 15,000 visitors brought from Reddit to Hive in February 2025 alone. HivePosh has also landed on Bluesky. More social media platforms are coming.

How to get started? Sign up for Reddit, link your Reddit account to Hive on hiveposh.com, start sharing Hive links on Reddit and get automatically rewarded (read the 8 Dos and Don'ts to start smoothly).
Those who want more from this activity enter the HivePosh content here in the comments section by posting stats of their 5 best shares on Reddit. Users who have generated the most views win prizes:
200 HP delegation + 20 HBD for 🥇
150 HP delegation + 15 HBD for 🥈
100 HP delegation + 10 HBD for 🥉
50 HP delegation + 5 HBD for 4️⃣
50 HP delegation + 5 HBD for 5️⃣
Additionally, 5 HBD + 5 HBD are raffled off among people who ranked 6th or lower in the contest. Each accepted share with more than 1K views is considered 1 point - the more points you have, the wider sector you get on the raffle wheel.
The delegations will last as long as the contest goes on and as long as you keep sharing links on Reddit; they can stack, and previous winners can increase their delegations. Read the details of how to participate and ask me in the comment section!

I am sharing links there and get good rewards. But if you look now there are so many shared links from Hive. Is this too much?
Maybe the mods there interprete it as spamming and block these links from Hive / Ecency / ...?

We share links and get rewarded. Many links are not own postings but are links to the postings of other users. I am also sharing links from other users. For sharing we can get sometimes big rewards, but the original writer of the posting gets not that much.

And not all users like it, when their postings are shared somewhere else.
Another point, if you look at reddit, some links to Hive-postings are shared in 4 or 5 different subs. Could also be interpreted as spam.

Yes, I did try sharing a few in a few subs when I started and got called a bot, haha. If you share more than 3 in a different sub, it can alarm the readers and report. It's the best one-on-one sub.
I only checked the sub now - so many Hive links 😁 But without these links, the sub would be quite empty so they benefit from HivePosh shares. Moreover, you guys share only the most interesting stuff so it's probably okay... At the same time, yeah, a bit more people and the mods will be annoyed no matter how well posts you share there.

Case 1 and 2 was my mistake but it was unintentional, normal I check the post's comment section before sharing to avoid the duplicate post on reddit, but unfortunately I missed for those two posts. I will make sure and double check ao that this will not happened again.

My recommendations: Reddit is nervous about new accounts sharing only links. If you start sharing links and nothing else, Reddit will suspend your account. To avoid it, comment on https://www.reddit.com/r/veganrecipes/ or elsewhere. Post some images of yours without links. For example, you can post your photos of birds in https://www.reddit.com/r/birdwatching/
Some subreddit have a restriction for young accounts. If your post is deleted, don't worry - it happens.
You need to be careful only about sharing links for a week or two. You can share links from day 1 but not more than 1 link a day and also comment anywhere on Reddit and share images (without links). I know many cases when new Reddit accounts were suspended for sharing links only.
When your account is older, you'll be able to share only links safely.
