I would say just keep an eye on it. It's legit and by no means a scam (I would actually argue it's one of the only play2earn games that doesn't have pump & dump 'create coins out of thin air' tokenomics out there that are actually sustainable). Certainly not for everyone but it is designed to be optimized for the mobile market that is full of casual players who indeed want a dopamine rush. There is a lot of dept to it but it takes quite some time to start discovering that.
Personally, I see all Play2earn as 'money management' games where getting in early and doing well in terms of earnings is where most skill comes in. In that regard, CoS is looking like an almost sure winner given the numbers in sales they are able to put up compared to their market cap. It right now feels similar to getting into Splinterlands a couple years ago when there was no hype yet and it was easy to get all the rare stuff for free.
