Laughter is the best medicine || Reality of this Statement

Hi India United Community,
We all get unfit at some point of #life and we take #medicines to cure ourselves. Sometimes the #medicine works while sometimes it does not.

There are #times when #medicines are not the cure and something else is required by our #soul and that is why prob;ems like #anxiety and #depression can not be treated with medicines.

You have to look for other ways like #meditation and #spirituality, or as people say #laughter is the best medicine so people also find ways to bring a smile on their face.

But is #laughter really the best medicine? Well to be honest in most of the cases where a depressive person is on his journey to come out of it, #laughter is one of the reasons in that for most of the cases.

I myself have experienced this when I was broken and going through a tough #time, watching comedy shows and videos helped me.

The only thing I have to say is that, It is not the permanent solution. You have to search #why you have to be happy and for that I think #spiritual knowledge of your #religion is the must.

If you will read your #scriptures you will find ways to boost up yourself in #life. I am saying that with my personal experience.

Most importantly you have to believe on #god as the creator as that is when you will actually come to the #spiritual part where you will start reading and you will be amazed to see that solutions to all problem is given there.
