Well, it's time to get busy again! Yes, we're back with Scholar and Scribe for another month of collaboration! Many of you are already familiar with Scholar and Scribe, but for those who are not... Here is a small introduction to Scholar and Scribe to see who they are and what they do...
In their own words, Scholar and Scribe is a "Flexible and open creative writing community with a unique dual-token reward system for engaged readers and writers".
Any form of written creative content such as Free Writing, Short Stories, Poetry, or even Song Writing is welcomed in this community.
Visit this community through the link above and familiarize yourself with their content. Read their "description" where you will find a detailed description of the rules they follow and what they believe in.
The Topic to Focus on in the First Week.
How would you Dreemers like to try your hand at serial fiction this month? Yes, the Scholar and Scribe community provides a great opportunity for fiction, specifically serial fiction.
For this first week, we are going to be focused on fiction writing with the prompt of... "THREAD!"
Why Thread? Because Scholar and Scribe Community is one of the communities that love to thread with Leo Finance!
So keep this in mind! Same as with our last collaboration, all submissions to DreemPort will be due on Thursdays by 5 pm Pacific for curation on Fridays. So, during this collaboration, when you are finished with your posts and have submitted them on Thursdays - be sure to THREAD them out also if you can. Who knows... You might see some nice upvotes on your threads!
And listen to this! As a special bonus for the Scholar and Scribe "Author of the Week", the top 5 posts that win on their DreemPort collaboration this week on THREADS PROMPTS will be their automatic picks for the Author of the Week Poll!!!
Oh... and don't forget - all posts that use Ecency to post - will also be up for some sweet Ecency points!

you know how you get prompts in Inkwell or free writes or daily prompts with shadows?

you can use it any way you like! hehehe
then drop the fiction into DreemPort on Thursday!
if you use ecency to write it...you are.eligilble for ecency points
if you also use Leo Threads...you might get.some nice upvotes on them through @jfuji and more of his team!

This is week 1 of the Dreemport/Scholar and Scribe collaboration hehe
The challenge is to write a short story fiction or start a 1-3 part serial fiction this week, using the writing prompt thread. They have chosen thread as their prompt for this week's entry for fun because they are also encouraging writers to share their Scholar and Scribe posts in Leo Finance Threads, a microblogging site, AND at the end of the week, there will be an Author of the Week decided in a poll run on Leo Finance Threads too! SO it seemed like a fun idea to make the prompt: thread lol
Publish your post in Scholar and Scribe community (link provided in the contest post above).
Share your post in Dreemport on Thursday 8th June before 5pm Pacific Std or midnight UTC (remember to leave time beforehand to do the curation of your 5 randomly assigned posts).
If you haven't registered on Dreemport yet, follow this link Dreemport.com and register using your email address - it takes 2 minutes! Then click on Earn Dreem in the menu section top of the webpage and select Curate from the dropdown. You will be assigned 5 posts to read and rank. Once you have done that you can go back to Earn Dreem and select Submit to share your post with the community. Fill in your details (excluding the guest field) Note: to get the URL for your image... right-click on the image in your post, select, copy the image address, and then paste it into the Dreemport image field.)
Then if you would like the opportunity for an upvote in Leo Threads... share your post in Leo Finance Threads which is for microblogged content. Note: Please remember to log in to threads as it does not log in automatically and there is a character limit on the short-form content.
Finally, Scholar and Scribe will be taking the top 5 Dreemport posts and shortlisting them for their Threads Author of the Week. This means that they will open a poll in Leothreads where everyone can go and vote for their top author of the week and the winner will earn the Author of the Week prize (sponsored by Leo Finance). The value varies week on week as it is dependent on post rewards.
