RE: Our Distant Selves

@wrestlingdesires > “I don’t care about the fame, I just wanted to go back to my childhood.”

These words had moved me. Despite having our own personal life, still we could say that we are too distant from everything, and we are even more distant from ourselves.

Time flies so quickly and as we grow older, we are getting far from childhood days. Literally, we have ourselves and our own memories, but these still seemed to be distant from us. All we could hold on are just the memories and our meaningful connections.

In reality, nothing is too close to us because for something to connect, it needs a bridge, in order to bridge the gap. Being distant from childhood days will help us realize that it is not all about the distance but on how we cherish and treasure back the golden memories of yesterday.

Have a wonderful time my friend. Thanks for this very interesting and well-written content. Take care.

Thanks so much for your wonderful comment ♥️ If only we did have a magical bridge such as the one in this story! Maybe one day we will :) ...
