On Hive you cannot reblog a comment. That is a core change, not something I can enable on PeakD.
But you can "quote" in a snap. It's not the exact same thing, but close

Yea I know, its not a top level post ... not sure is there a way around this via frontend
Turned out I was wrong. You can actually reblog a comment as you can see in the next screenshot (I reblogged my above comment from my alt account)
I will improve on this so it's better supported
