Aureal partners with Unstoppable Domains: The new frontier for Social Podcasting on Web3

It’s been a while since I’ve written an article here. But this surely is one of that moments I wanna share with you all.

As we move forward with the developmental timeline.

Aureal is inclined towards being a platform supported by multi-chain hypermedia protocol specially designed to amplify creators’ wealth in this world of creator-led economies.

In a nutshell, in the coming time, Aureal is going to make all the tools accessible to the creators and curators to amplify the voice and value of their Audio, Video and Live Podcasts.

There are multiple ways of monetisation when we enable the accessibility to the features offered by multiple chains. Yet there is one prominent issue to be resolved. Swift onboarding.

This is where Unstoppable Domains come in.

Unstoppable Domains: It’s your name, Own it.

For those unfamiliar, Unstoppable Domains is a blockchain-based domain provider that allows users to register domains like .crypto, and .wallet domains that can be used as a substitute for traditional web URLs. These domains are completely decentralized and can be owned and controlled by the user without the need for a third party.

Why is this important for Aureal?

This partnership is a huge step forward for the web3 space as it seamlessly combines the power of decentralized domains with the ability to mint and sell unique digital assets. We are excited to see the creativity and innovation that this partnership will bring to the community.

Secure your Digital Identity

In a nutshell, These domains are your identity just like your username on Hive. The only difference is that all your addresses on other chains including Hive are automatically mapped in your domain.

So instead of using 0x13d3bCdA05ffEEF08FFd24f7C0eD2EfFCc9b2aEf as your payment addess, you’ll just use 0xshubs.crypto as your payment link everywhere, Unstoppable Domains handles the rest.

What does this mean for you?

As a podcaster you get to own your podcast brand.

Any creator here or any listener can have their own NFT domain. Something like joculation.aureal or joculation.one from unstoppable domains.

This enables multiple features

1.You can have your own podcast NFT website.

1. Get access to all the chains supported on Unstoppable domains to publish and mint your podcasts and episodes as NFTs.
   3.Have SBT (SoulBound Tokens) distributed to enable community/audience engagement for your superfans
   4.Your domain, such as 0xshubs.crypto will act as a payment address instead of 0x13d3bCdA05ffEEF08FFd24f7C0eD2EfFCc9b2aEf as your payment address, not just for Hive but for all the other layer 1 and layer 2 transactions.
2. Multi-chain support will ensure you're getting donations or getting paid in multiple cryptocurrencies for your podcast.

Alternative to Patreon

We plan to enable the ability to mint your podcasts/episodes into private NFTs accessible through SBT tokens to enable specific accessibility for your superfans.

For any user who is new to Aureal or Hive. You can simply log in with Unstoppable domains in Aureal and other Hive Dapps.

This will enable swift onboarding of new users and more users coming to Aureal and other dapps from other chains as well.

These are the scope of work that we're currently working on. Along with Having keychain on Aureal and rebuilding the entire platform ground up and scalable.

Hive is coming on Unstoppable Domains, While you log in with Unstoppable Domains, If you are new to Aureal and Hive, Your account automatically gets created for a small fee, and you can enjoy all the features simple by existing on Unstoppable Domains.

Now all you need is an unstoppable domain to login into Aureal, and have your domain take care of all your donations and payments in your non-custodial wallets.

We strongly recommend you Secure your Digital Identity and get your domain, as the onboarding experience becomes better for Hive, I recommend all the other dapps on the ecosystem explore this too.

It's understandable, There are multiple things happening here:

Instead of you handling multiple accounts on multiple chains, you just login with unstoppable domains where all your accounts are mapped. This allows multiple benefits for you:

• You don't have to get involved into a lot of technical jargon. Just like you can use your hive username for payments, you can now use your unstoppable domain for payments across multiple chains like Ethereum, Polygon etc.
• You can accept donations in multiple cryptocurrencies by just using your unstoppable domain.
• It'll be as easy as using any other web 2 app.
• Unstoppable domains support Hive, so all your account creation process get simpler, and Onboarding gets simpler.
• People using unstoppable domains can come to Hive, and people from Hive can access all the apps on other chains.
• As Aureal moves to other chains, One login enables all, so no need to worry about technicalities again.
