I'm Angry About My Article Tags

I just got finished publishing my previous article titled "Is Jezebel Finally Dead Or Merely Transitioning?," and the system won't allow me to correct the spelling on the first tag. What happened last night is when I attempted to upload my article, it kept buffering and buffering until I was convinced that it was not going to upload at all.

I, therefore, copied all of the content with its codes and created a whole new article. I accidentally left the "m" out of the tag "journalism," and now it won't allow me to insert it. There is no such word as "journalis." So why should I be stuck with it as my first tag? People are going to have a hard time finding my article.

I'm thinking about duplicating this article and publishing it a second time with the correct spelling of "journalism" as my first tag. I know of no rules against it. If you know what I should do, let me know in the comments section below.

Just add the correct tag and it will be the same in the search.
The first tag is used somehow that precludes it changing later.

Thank you, antisocialist, but I do still have a question about the article that has the mispelled first tag. If I delete the article with defective first tag after the seven days has passed, will the earnings I receive for the upvotes remain intact? In other words, if I delete the article with the defective first tag on the eighth or ninth day from its publication, my Hive wallet will not get debited for it, will it?

You can't delete posts, you can only hide them in the ui.
The block explorers will still show them and any edits.

will the earnings I receive for the upvotes remain intact?

Yes.
Unless somebody notices you repeating content and flags the post.
When you make a mistake like that, make a new post mentioning the mistake and things should be ok.
We know who the abusers are, for the most part, and you haven't made the list, yet.

my Hive wallet will not get debited for it,

No, only your keys can change your account.

You might consider setting rewards to 100% power up, while hbd is below 1usd you will get fractionally more hive.
If hbd goes way over a dollar you can change it back and get more value in hbd until it drops back below a dollar.
For the most part 100% power up is the safe maximizing bet.
You can find these settings in the advanced settings of the post, depending on which ui you are using.

I'll try to figure it out. If I have any questions, you'll definitely be hearing from me. In any event, thank you for the information.

Would I need to use the Hive keychain to make that happen?

Yes, if you are using peakd the settings are in the advanced tab.

I have an "advanced settings" option in my Hive keychain when I'm in the PEAKD.com website. However, it takes me to a different screen instead.

I end up with a screen that has the following options:

RPC Node

Auto Lock

Change Password

Keychainify

Analytics

Link Ledger device

Import/Export Settings

Clear All Data

I've searched all over the Hive keychain, and I have not been able to find the advanced options screen that appears in your screenshot in your post.

Ok, sorry, it's not in keychain, it's in the peakd ui.
Under where you type is the advanced option and when you click on it you will see the option.
