옥상요가.

참 오랜만에 몸좀 이완시키로 올라 왔습니다.

야경도 좋고.... 밤바람도 우기라 시원하고.

마음한번 바라보고...

호흡 한번 지켜보고.....

그냥 누워서 하늘만 바라봐도 ..

왠만한 요가나 마사지 보다 낳습니다.

온몸에 힘을 빼고 하늘에 구름을 보며 누워 있는것 만큼 쉬는건 없는것 같네요..
