wallet.hive.blog is a very old code, based on the condenser code (was just maintained since the legacy chain), and is going to be replaced with denser codebase for easier, and simpler maintenance with much modern stack and tools.
From your screenshot it seems that you are not logged in so that's you are not getting at that view buttons to the market.
Hosting shouldn't be a problem for small app that you are describing because you can do it within github pages, i.e. github hosts it out of the box, you just provide a domain, etc.
I'd have to host. For various reasons. Don't feel like elaborating here.
