We all know reputation on Hive is broken, our worst users are the top reputation on Hive.
You should put that sentence in a larger Font size... some people still didn't get it, and leave auto votes for bad users with high rep, since it is "safe".

No people put auto votes on them because it doesn't make any difference. You DV those bad users, drop the curation of the auto vote. Write a post about them. Write 10 posts. It will stop.
It is a good idea. A bit of exposure is good.
