I want to consent to charity as a stakeholder through the DHF (like the majority of stakeholders).
I believe you that we have loyalty driven primarily based on how much people get paid from the reward pool.
That is not loyalty though, that is paying for users.
People will have loyalty (or) interest when they get what they want. There is one comment in your post from other person, hive hive low users now. Is it still good that hive have users ? They should make these users (or) people to get hive price increase? I think they should add ads to attract other investors. Hive have already fanbase (or) users who interested in payout. There are other online apps that add ads to increase their income.
I do not think people realize that is what we signed up for when we onboarded people.
You are the Hive marketing department. Your posts are the ads that attract new users. If you are a good creator and happy you are posting your work on Hive, you will be a better advertisement for Hive and draw more new users.
It seems you are unhappy you post on Hive because your rewards are being DV'd away. You will likely attract few new users because of that.
I wish more people understood these things.
I will post again.
If you are again discouraged by DV's, one thing you might consider is asking your supporters to tip you, rather than upvote you, because tips are not reduced by DV's. Then, if you use Peakd, you can assign all author rewards to @null which burns them, which causes DV's to only impact your reputation and not your rewards, because you will not be receiving any rewards. Impact on reputation depends on whether DV's come from an account with higher rep than yours, so there may not be any impact on your reputation if DV's come from an account with lower rep.
