Just listened to my own post written yesterday with the new functionality "Listen to Post" from @peakd and I am both, impressed and grateful.
I am an avid podcast consumer because it is easy to do some mundane tasks while listening to good information. The truth is that, at least in my case, having functionality that reads a post that interests you without having to keep an eye on it is really useful.
Maybe I find that the voice that reads the post to you is somewhat "robotic" but I understand how difficult it must be to avoid this little problem.
On the other hand, it only works with Posts written in English at the moment, although I think it wouldn't cost much to implement other major languages such as Spanish...
In short, new and good functionality that @peakd developers have implemented in their frontend which I hope to use a lot.
This truly an amazing feature, going to try it for sure. Thanks for sharing.
Interesting. I didn't know about that. In the case of long posts that comes really handy.
Exactly, I don't have so much time to read all the posts I want so, this tool really helps
I tried the feature too and it works like charm. The TTS doesn't even read the symbols which is awesome cause the old TTS I know used to say the punctuation out loud.
