yeah - in Germany the market is shit (marketing is done completely, sales i still have hopes, at least i get invites ongoing - hard to go to round 7 and then do not get the job) - in early days you had maybe 30-50 applicants for one job, now it is 300-500 - and most of them are pretty skilled.
That's horrifying. I mean the chairs are utterly stacked against you when they numbers are that high. It gives the employees the power as well to not pay as well.
Yeah difficult - I updated my job profile over the weekend and interestgly got 5 new approaches by headhunter in the last 2 hours - we will see if any is working out finally.
