Thank you for bringing some common sense to the table.
To me it's clear they get off on their power, it's sadistic, obvious, and so so damaging to hive. It really takes a special kind of screwed up to live day to day bullying and embroiled in negativity and conflict. People with such a mental illness should not be put in this kind of position.
