Bronze statues oxidised to moss green, baroque church tops, and stories of those that shall never be named again, buried into carvings of a stone - things that have slowly crept out of my photography posts.
The WednesdayWalk is the last of its kind that I have done. And I would have missed the beautiful scenaries of Krakow and the wonderful conversations, if it were not for this beautiful #SundayPhotoWalk.

Devoid of history and culture, and thus character is just part and parcel of living in a city that was built just around 50 years ago. Street corners with history of pain and progress, innovation through culture and time, and the likes are reserved for cities such as Krakow, or Kharkiv.
We took off at 11, and to be honest, do not ask me where did we go to coz I was mostly lost catching up with people and lost in conversations. However, we did take a group photo in the same place as last time.

Among the beautiful views was this from the Bernatek footbridge. It is quiet a contrast from the famous images of it at night, the serenety and the Amsterdam-like boatshops make of an excellent view. Along the way, I learnt a lot about the tale of the dragon and how it was slayed and this river became its last resting place. Along with the more modern tales of the locks and how it resembles love. My question always remains unanswered: do the locks get removed if the couple breaks up, or do they usually not last long enough to do that before the municipality comes and removes them?

A quick and traditional group coffee pit-stop at yet another interesting place. A synagogue turned into cafe. As the group got together to have a celebratory coffee, my hunger got the best of me. But the silver-lining...I get to take some more photos and also walk into shops that still contain memories of the Jewish community that once moved in this part of Krakow.

My choice of foodstop was at Los Gorditos. Among the many places in the city, this is still one of the places I can directly buy with crypto and play along the HVS pilot.
More about the experiment at a later time, but basically it is to volunteer at the Kingdom and use only HBD.
Soon after, made it to the second location that accepts crypto to get a quick coffee. However, just as the crypto market, much of the coffee also took a hot dive on clumsy me. Favorite hoodie - ruined~

We finally played "Secret Sun". A hive version of the kingdom's most popular game. Hallmann and I had prepared the game for day 2, but I think it was a fantastic ending activity for day 3. A game of strategy, mirroring, and wits to fool or convince the others to make the right or wrong decision.
In proper Kingdom fashion, it was complicated to understand. But I am assuming we all got the hang of it. I thouroughly enjoyed being a jester and causing mayhem with no rhyme or reason. But looks like the game was a pretty fun one since we all played a total of 4 rounds.

ALL good things must come to an end. I will miss the fun and friends, but that will make me only long for a next meet-up. Until later!
