2. share with you the latest information on how to mine hivebits in the future.

I like the HiveBits program. It is especially valuable for new users who are just learning about Hive Engine. New Users can drop the HBIT command and they will get some tokens in their account. I usually include !HBITS on replies to new user posts.
I like to trade HBIT coins. Although I am not certain what benefits one receives from holding HBIT.

That is actually a good question I don't know myself actually π€£ been using it for quite some time now. @crrdlx sorry for tagging you but will you please answer this question thank you in advance.
That is true when I was new I love to use it and slowly I learn how to use tokens on hive took me a month to learn something simple like the hive engine to convert tokens to hive it's amazing the things you can do with it. I also give tips to others using hivebits sadly we can't do that anymore on September 10th.
Holding HBIT not sure the benefits the price is similar to other token goes up and down and sometimes mostly down for me I just keep to a certain amount then convert it to hive or HBD so I can maximize my savings everyone has their own reasons I guess.

I'm actually not 100% sure myself on this! I believe it's the UTC day, not 24 hours because sometimes I feel I able to get HBIT in the evening locally, then during the day the next day (not 24 hours away).
True, you won't be able to use the HBIT command with others soon. But, that's what things like LUV are for. With only 10 LUV, you can give one per day.
As far as benefits of Hivebits, you mentioned a great one...learning. I'm hoping one day for someone to offer a pay-with-HBIT something or other. And the other use case is just the fun of it.
