Five days ago, I created my Hive account. I had no idea what I was doing. My first post got an error: "not enough RC." I didn't understand anything. I thought Hive was broken, or that I had done something wrong. Then I learned about Hive Power (HP) and Resource Credits (RC). Without HP, your account is like a car with an empty tank. You can't publish, you can't comment, you can't vote. The system blocks you, not as punishment, but as protection against spam. But something unexpected happened. The community responded. People I didn't know voted my post. They commented. They tipped me points. They welcomed me. In five days, I went from $0 to $1.20 in Ecency Points, from 0 reputation to 30, and from 0 followers to 1. And today, for the first time, my Voting Power is at 100%. I still don't have HP. I still can't generate real HIVE or HBD. But I've learned that Hive is not just a social network. It's a community. And for someone from Cuba, where opportunities are limited, that means everything. If you're new here, don't give up. The first days are the hardest. But if you're constant, if you comment, if you vote, if you publish, the community will respond. Today I'm celebrating a small victory: my Voting Power is full. Tomorrow, I'll keep building.
Mi primera publicación dio un error: "not enough RC". No entendía nada. No puedes publicar, no puedes comentar, no puedes votar. Me comentaron. Me regalaron puntos. Todavía no tengo HP. Todavía no puedo generar HIVE o HBD reales. Si eres nuevo aquí, no te rindas.
Mon premier post a donné une erreur : « not enough RC ».
Way to go on the daily Ecency leaderboard quest, @amed9505!
Tipped with Ecency POINTS.
Thank you so much for the tip and for the daily encouragement! It really motivates me to keep going. I'm still learning how everything works here, but the community has been incredibly welcoming. See you on the leaderboard tomorrow!
You're very welcome, @amed9505! 😊

This is cute to read. I can super relate to you on my first day here in Hive. As someone who doesn't have any idea on what site we enter haha... But as days passed, you'll eventually learn on your own experience. Just keep on writing, interacting, and be friendly and helpful to others. And in no time, your HP will grow. 🥰
Thanks for yuor advice, i'll working every day in order to improve my interaction
That's good. One thing I also noticed on your profile is that you didn't have a proper introduction of yourself. It's important to share something about yourself in your first post to know you are a real person. If you can do that on your next post, much better.
Ok thanks for your advice but i live in cuba and i have a lot of problems of conections and electricity but i will try
So its very complicated to send a photo or something like that taking into account that im cuban
