I could manually create about 40 accounts. Too bad we can't delegate RCs or account creation tokens yet. I can send some HP delegations your way, although it wouldn't be much.

super sad that this is still not available. a pool where you could delegate account tickets to would be optimal
@howo is working on RC delegation so it will be possible in the near future.

Setting up the server and backend is pretty much overkill for small amounts of tickets. I agree transferable tickets would make a difference here.
As far as I remember devs voted against this feature because it would create incentives for selling those tokens and even more people would (auto) claim those tickets.
