Today i am going to share with you my time in Santorini. I highly recommend to add Santorini to your bucket list. It is extremely beautiful, very relaxing and peaceful.

Greek food is delicious and relatively cheap. In Greece, souvlaki is their favourite fast food, both the gyros and skewered meat versions wrapped in pitta bread, with tomato, onion and tzatziki. You can buy it for as cheap as 2 Euros. For two people you can also enjoy a nice meal, with two entrees, 2 drinks all for about 60 euros at a 5 star restaurant with a breathtaking view in the city.

First thing we did when we arrived after checking into our hotel is renting out a scooter that we can travel with. This made it easy and more convenient to get around. From one side of santorini to the other, it took about 45 minutes to drive on a scooter, where we reached the highest point of sanotrini. The view is amazing.
I highly recommend going scuba diving. This was the first time i went scuba diving and it was such a beautiful experience. At first i was very nervous, but they teach you step by step and guide you with what needs to be done.
Greek people are extremely kind, very polite and very hospitable. I have never experienced such great seevice where everyone constantly has a smile on their faces and is so friendly. I recommend going during summer time when the sun is constantly shinning and at night time, it is a bit chilly. Perfect combination.
I also believe holidays or time off your every day routine is VERY important. It reduces stress, allows your mind and body to relax aswell as allows you to have better concentration.
