Didn't realize the doors had to be 2.07 meters + door frame i assumed that was including the door frame.

Sad to hear this! From my recent experience, better to make the openings much, much higher. The gap you can always close. Otherwise, you need to take care of every small detail - like floor heating, or the finishing stones/wood you will have maybe decide later.
