The happiest time of the year like this, I believe that most of you plan to join party to celebrate the New Year and eat various kinds of delicious foods. But if you are on diet schedule, don't forget that sugar is the significant enemy of the diet plan.
In the meantime, if sweets, cake, pies, candies or ice cream are your favorite desserts, what will you do to stop eating so much? Today, I have 5 easy ways to help you.
If you still love eating desserts and cannot stop eating them at present, please choose only small piece of cake or small bowl of ice cream or little quantity of candy when you are at the party.
You should avoid eating some beverages such as cold coffee with mocha and whipped cream at the top which would give you a lot of calories.
You may schedule your eating time for the desserts, for example, eat desserts twice a week. So, you still have favorite desserts and not make you fat.
You may share the desserts with your friends. For example, if you want to eat ice cream, you may buy a small bowl of ice cream and let your friends eat together in the same bowl. By this way, it will help you eat less than before and you all can help each other lose weight as well.
One of the best ways to stop eating so much sugar is that you should not buy a lot of sweets or desserts and keep them in your refrigerator.
