5 Simple Routines to Organize Your Life Successfully

On weekend, you maybe busy with a lot of housework; i.e. a pile of clothes, untidy bedroom, dirty floor or dirty dishes, etc, You may not have enough time to rest. This will not happen if you organize your life well. I have 5 simple routines to help you to organize your life successfully:

  1. Organize your bed - After waking up in the morning, you should firstly organize your bed. This is the simple way that you can do to make your bedroom look tidy. You will be proud of yourself in doing this and this will also motivate you to work on further things during the day.

  2. Clean and organize your house - Clean the floor, the cabinets, etc. Get rid of the things you don't need and keep only the necessary things. Remember, environment can affect directly to your mind; i.e. good environment can create positive thinking, without stress, and good health, etc.

  3. Take care of yourself neatly - Take a shower, wash your face, cut your fingernails, etc. - this will help you feel fresh and eager to do other things that you love.

  4. Meditation - Just 10 minutes a day of meditation can calm your mind from your busy life. It also reduces your stress or anxiety as well. Meditation is one of the most powerful tools in good health.

  5. Exercise - Strengthening your muscles a little bit before bedtime or in the morning would help you be confident and good health.
