The feeling of anger has bad effect to both your body and mind. If you cannot control your anger, things would become worse. And if you let your anger be with you for a long time, it may become your habit and nobody like to be your friend or even talk with you anymore.
If you do not want to live alone, I today have 5 tips that can help you stop your anger by yourself. I believe that just following these tips, you can calm down in 5 minutes and you will feel better after all.
Whenever you are angry, just walk away from the situation that cause you in troubles or argument, make yourself calm down for a moment and then turn back. This will help the situation be better.
In the meantime, if you do not have any opportunity to walk away for calming down, you may think about the things that can make you feel relaxed and comfortable; i.e. the beautiful places that you have stayed during your vacation or think about the impressing things at your hometown, etc. I can assure you that by this way, you can certainly calm down within 5 minutes.
