8 Activities that help you feel Relaxed and Happy

in #howto9 years ago (edited)

Today, I have 8 activities to help you feel relaxed, happy and keep peaceful in your mind.

  1. Don't think about other people too much. Don’t forget to take care of yourself. Please keep in mind that the most important person in your life is YOU! Give rewards to yourself sometimes; i.e. go shopping, buy your favorite books, travel to new places and eat delicious foods. These are just simple ways to help you feel happy and relaxed.

  2. Take note down about your feeling each day. It is an activity that can help you review your memorial for each event. By this way, you will feel relieved after that.

  3. Share your good experience with others; your family, your friends or your colleagues. It can help you build the good relationships with other people around you.

  4. Taking a bath is one of the best ways to keep you relaxed. You may take approx. 10 minutes in the water with the lavender cologne. This will help you feel good.

  5. Walking without shoes is a gentle way to massage your feet. You will feel incredibly relaxed.

  6. Hobbies like knitting, crafting, making handmade sewing, quilting, etc. will help you keep concentrate and have more relaxation.

  7. Cooking is another simple activity that helps you feel happy. While you enjoy cooking; i.e. slicing vegetables or mixing fish with sauce, you may forget about troubles or anxiety at works for a while.

  8. Laughing is an easy way to make you happy and feel relaxed. It's also another way to slow down aging.

As you can see, these activities are not difficult to do. Cheer up and start it now!
