
Have you ever felt sleepy at daytime? Do you know how to avoid that feeling? If no, I will share with you 8 tips that will help you to feel fresh again during the day.
Refresh your body all the times by doing your favorite activities such as watching TV, listening to music, watering plants, cleaning the house, etc.
Make yourself happy all the times, i.e. reading comic books or talking with your friends about funny stories, etc.
Move your hands to and fro, left and right or move your legs up and down, etc. This will relieve the fatigue from your work.
Go outside for fresh air. This will help your body refresh.
Not eating too much food because if you are too full, you will feel sleepy easily.
Drinking lots of water will help you feel refreshed and more energetic.
Drinking a cup of coffee can avoid feeling sleepy all day long.
Eating dark chocolate can make you feel fresh.
Anyway, in case, if you really feel sleepy, you may take a nap for approximately 10 - 15 minutes. This will help you wake up with the refreshing body!

Excellent advice, I totally share with you, the nap is a good method to recover energy, but not more than half an hour, otherwise cause negative effect. Excellent post my friend @ tangmo congratulations for this great post.
