The Benefits of Sleep

Sleep is one of the most important factors that effects directly to your health; i.e. if you have less sleep, parts of your body will slow down, especially your brain which is the most important organs of your body.

If you want to have a healthy body, intelligence and a good memory, you should sleep at least 7 - 8 hours a day. This will also help you feel fresh when waking up the next day.

Sleep helps you have a good healthy body. If you want to be strong, you should try to sleep well. Exercising 3 - 5 days per week and 30 - 40 minutes/time will also help you to have a good sleep as well.

Fully sleeping can make you be clever. This will help you learn new things quickly and not forget things easily.

Enough sleep will help you have a good shape because it will help keep the metabolism working well.

Sleep will help you remember things precisely; you can remember well the things that you have learned throughout the day.
