Meharangarh kila -
This fort is among the largest fort in India. It is build up by raja Rao jodha in 1460. There are different galleries in mehrangad myseum which attracts tourists. Also The fort has musicians performing folk music. The fort is also used as filming locations. A movie The Dark Knight rises and a bollywood movie Awarapan was shot here.
Umaid Bhawan-
Umaid bhawan is famous not only in jodhpur but in entire india beacuse of its beauty.
It is named after the king of jodhpur maharaja umaid singh. It is located at the chittar hillsin jodhpur therefore it is also called as chttar palace. A part of this palace is converted into a heritage hotel and rest part is a museum where many historical equipments,old watches are kept.
Jaswant Thada-
It was built in 1899 by Maharaja Sardar Singh in memory of his father, Maharaja Jaswant Singh. It is made of beautifully carved and polished marble sheets. One can visit here between 9am to 6pm.
