A few days ago I have a ceremony in my house. It is to celebrate 3 months old of my nephew. Yeah we already have a ceremony to celebrate his 3 months old. We still have a few other ceremony to come to celebrate his birthday according to the Balinese Calendar. The only difference is that this ceremony has to be done in a small number of people, because of the Corona Pandemic, the number of people can gather in one place at the same time is limited. Luckily that most of my family member are villagers, and hardly go out, so that I can be assure that this ceremony along with the preparation is safe
Beberapa hari yang lalu aku mengadakan upacara dirumahku. Upacara ini untuk merayakan 3 bulanan keponakanku. ya, bagi kami, kita sudah harus melakuakn upacara untuk merayakan umur 3 bulannya. dan juga kita masih punya bebreapa upacara lagi untuk merayakan hari lahirnya menurut Kalender Bali. Hal berbeda adalah upacara ini harus dilakuakn dalam jumlah yang kecil, karena Pandemi Korona jumlah orang yang boleh berkumpul dalam satu tempat dan satu waktu itu terbatas. Untung saja kebanyakan keluargaku adalah orang desa dan jarang sekali keluar, jadi aku bisa yakin kalau upacara ini beserta persiapannya itu aman**

u realize some parts of Germany ban gatherings of more than 2 people, and old people as shown in the post are especially at risk? and some predict 240 000 Indonesians to die from the virus? why not a video call celebration? especially w that older lady

taht is even smaller number of people involve there. the problem is taht this kind of celebration can't be done y video call, it has offering to follow. Yes we are at risk, as I mention luckily my family are villagers, and hopefully none are in contact with red zone area, they mostly stay home.
can't deny that prediction as the death rate are still high in Indonesia.
