Halo teman-teman, selamat berjumpa kembali.
Agak lama saya tidak mengisi blog karena beberapa kesibukan. Kini saya akan mencoba aktif kembali di blog Hive ini. kali ini saya akan berbagi resep cara membuat sirup mawar yang mudah dibuat. Saya menggunakan jenis mawar harum Rosa rugosa berwarna pink tua. Yang dipakai cukup kelopak mawarnya saja. Mawar pink ini menghasilkan sirup yang cantik warnanya dan harum alami. Sirup mawar bisa digunakan untuk perasa pada es krim, es buah/es campur, topping untuk kue kue dan pastry, dan sebagainya.

I haven't blogged for a while because I've been busy. Now I will try to be active again on this Hive blog. This time I will share a simple rose syrup recipe
I use deep pink colour wild roses (Rosa rugosa). It produces a syrup that is beautiful in colour and has a natural fragrance. Rose syrup can be used for flavouring in ice cream, fruit dessert, toppings for cakes and pastries, and so on.

Yang dibutuhkan kelopak mawarnya saja

Indonesian:
Resep sirup mawar
Bahan-bahan:
2 cangkir (cangkir ukuran 250 ml) kelopak mawar wangi, tekan padat cangkir penuh.
2 cangkir air (500 ml)
2 cangkir gula
1 sdm asam sitrat
1 sdm jus lemon
1 jeruk manis

Ingredients:
2 cups scented rose petals, press firmly to full cup.
2 cups water (500 ml)
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp citric acid
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 orange

Cara membuat:
Cuci bersih kelopak mawar
Iris-iris jeruk manis (beserta kulitnya), buang bijinya
Peras lemon, ambil 1 sdm jus lemon nya
Panaskan air sampai mendidih lalu masukkan gula
Aduk sampai semua larut dan biarkan mendidih kembali
Setelah mendidih, masukkan kelopak mawar, tekan sampai semua tenggelam
Biarkan mendidih Kembali, lalu matikan api, tunggu sampai uapnya hilang
Masukkan jeruk, asam sitrat dan jus lemon
Tutup panci dan biarkan selama sehari semalam (24 jam)
Saring
Masukkan ke botol, lalu tutup dan simpan di kulkas
Sirup mawar siap digunakan
Bisa digunakan seperti sirup pada umumnya, untuk diminum (encerkan dengan air /air es), untuk es buah/es campur, untuk es krim, campuran topping untuk kue dan pastry dll.

Rinse rose petals in running water
Slice the orange, remove the seeds
Squeeze the lemon, take 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice
Heat water until it boils then add the sugar
Stir until all dissolved and bring back to the boil
Add rose petals, press until everything is submerged
Bring back to the boil, turn off the heat, wait until the steam is gone
Add orange, citric acid and lemon juice
Cover the pot and leave it for 24 hours
Strain the syrup
Put it in a bottle, close thight and store it in the refrigerator
Rose syrup is ready to use
