Technique Crossing Derivative using MTB Bicycle..#Part 1

in #indonesia6 years ago

Crossing a descendant may be the most challenging, most stressful, adrenaline-ridden, but fun part of MTB cycling activity in the wild. However, to enjoy the fun of going downstairs, let alone the extreme you have to master the correct bike technique. Otherwise, it could be that your exciting adventure with an MTB bike ends up unpleasantly, even ending up in the hospital.
How does the technique cross the correct derivatives when mounting a mountain bike? Here are tips for you.
A). Never forget to wear a bicycle helmet.
B). Make sure the fingers are always in position on both brake levers. Thus, you are always on standby to lower speed. However, stay alert and careful when using the bicycle brake. Do not let your front brake lock is too strong because it can cause you to lose balance. As a result, you can be thrown forward.
To help control the bike and distribute the weight so that it is more balanced, you can do it by lowering the bicycle saddle. This should be done mainly on some very steep derivatives. You should lean forward as far back as possible and lengthen your arms to the point where the saddle is located. This will keep your body thrown forward and you can easily remove the bike, then fall backward if something happens when you are crossing the derivative.

C). Always control the speed of the bicycle during crossing the descend. Another thing you should do is balance the distribution of body weight. Too much body weight in the front can make you thrown forward past the handlebar
(handlebar). Conversely, too much body weight on the back can make the front end of the bike lifted and cause you to fall backward. Distributing weight according to the degree of steepness derivative can be the best virgin to maintain
balance when cycling.

D). Make a proper landing. There are two ways to land, dropping in and dropping off. Dropping in is a landing technique using the front wheels. Meanwhile, dropping off is a landing technique by lifting the front wheel, which is done just before jumping from the edge and landing using the rear wheels.
Across a descend, let alone a steep one indeed will give you a very pleasant sensation when cycling MTB. However, you have to do it very carefully. Always focused on tracks or tracks, being able to distribute body weight according to derivative conditions, using a bicycle brake with the correct technique, using a suitable standard helmet for headgear, and always attempting to control balance are some of the factors that greatly determine your safety when biking the downward path, especially the hazardous steep derivatives.

Hopefully you can be more confident in adventure with MTB. Happy cycling!
