Both brand new, The tank I just replaced I put in new 30 years ago....

I put in a Rheem which is American made, and Industrial Quality. The old one was a Kenmore (Sears) home style tank.
I REALLY hope so, I don't want to do this again!

Excellent, glad you have them there too! I put in one of their hot water boilers 20 years ago to wash surgical needles.
