Tine is delaying me, I lost a hot water tank at a rental house yesterday. Will finish installing the new one today.

But, using the granite surface plate; setting it up should be very quick. When I find tine....

Ah ok...Hot water systems seem to always fail at the worst possible times.

Got it done, and My Son in Law had to do the same thing there! Two down in one week, SMH....

New unit or was it a repair job?

Both brand new, The tank I just replaced I put in new 30 years ago....

This is a better quality tank!

30 years seems a decent time for a tank to last. This one is better? It might out-live you!

I put in a Rheem which is American made, and Industrial Quality. The old one was a Kenmore (Sears) home style tank.

I REALLY hope so, I don't want to do this again!

Ah cool...Yep, we have Rheem here. Steady, hot and strong is their catchphrase.
