Mind control is a topic that makes many scoff at how unreal it is, as if it only exists in movies. This has most people relegate mind control to the domain of fiction or fantasy. Anyone that talks about mind control as something that's real is a "conspiracy theorist", crank or nutter. But mind control is a conspiracy reality.
The government been modifying the behavior of people with various techniques. Mind control has been around since the development of symbols, words and language which can influence and control the minds and actions of others. Technological advancements and devices to brainwash people and control them is a more recent development. Chemical drugs and hypnosis might be relatively new, but trauma, abuse, torture, isolation and deprivation have also been used long before our recent modern age to break the mind and gain control over others.
Movies like the Jason Bourne series were inspired by real-life mind control operations ran by the CIA, as the movies implicate. In the real world, the program was not Treadstone or Outcome like in the Bourne movies, but was called Project MK Ultra. It has been admitted to exist, and also probably continued as Project Monarch which has not been admitted yet so people continue to deny any reality to claims of Project Monarch having left off after MK Ultra.

Central Intelligence Agency director Allen Dulles authorizes the creation of the MK Ultra project.
You can read a lot online, but what has been admitted, is that Project MKUltra used various methodologies to manipulate people's psychological and brain functions. This included the deceptive administration of drugs like LSD, the use of hypnosis, sensory deprivation and isolation, verbal and sexual abuse, and other forms of physical and psychological torture.
That's just the official papers that weren't destroyed, from a specific time period, on one project.
It's only sheer luck that we actually have any documents from the CIA's Project MKULtra. After 1973's Watergate issue, the director of the CIA, Richard Helms, ordered all the project files destroyed. But thanks to a mistake, they were stored as financial records instead. They were later discovered which opened a 1977 probe into these activities by a Senate Select Committee.

Remarks about Project MKUltra:
- it would have been hidden without the error of not destroying the documents, the program wouldn't have stopped
- even if it "stopped" by name, they can just start a new program with a new name, like the Bourne movies easily demonstrate
- even with documents, the full extent of who was abused and what was done to them isn't "officially" known
If none of this came out, anyone who had claimed to be part of it would have been laughed at, ignored and called a "conspiracy nutter", by so-called "truth" reporters from the "real" news.
The same can be going on now, and unless the documents get leaked from official sources, then the mainstream just scoffs at it, and so does everyone else who is conditioned into the standardized stream of normalized acceptability. Unless it comes from "official" sources, then it's can't possibly be true. But, if it comes from official sources like the news, then it's automatically "true"...
The previous description of methodologies in the program, especially isolation, verbal and sexual abuse, are key points in breaking someone psychologically, as can be done with many other animals. These forms of abuse are highly psychological and create trauma as a victim being abused.
Manipulating the psychological framework, consciousness or mind of someone through trauma induction, is known as trauma-based mind control. This can lead to fracturing the minds and psyche, and resulting in split personality, multiple personality, borderline personality, and other psychological issues. Trauma is a powerful force on our consciousness.
The documents also show they were interested in remote viewing, divination, and the applications of extrasensory abilities, such as telekineses, psychokinesis, pyrokinesis, and especially "red fire" or psychic killing.
The research about remote viewing was made into a comedic Hollywood movie called The Men Who Stare at Goats. It starred George Clooney, Kevin Spacey, and Jeff Bridges among others.

Whether or not these abilities are real, or if anything developed into further programs in secret, we won't know. There are only certain documents we get to access, eventually, maybe, if that. Many top secret programs stay top secret and evolve into different programs over time. The earlier programs can eventually be declassified, as the new agenda is far ahead, or the technology much more developed, that releasing old information won't damage much if at all,but will bolster appearances of public information transparency.

Josef Mengele was a Nazi "researcher" who did horrible human experimentation to people during WWII for his anthropological studies and research on heredity. He was personally responsible for the deaths of many victims killed by lethal injection, shootings, beatings, or through other deadly experiments. His own son, Rolf, said Mengele showed no remorse for his warcrimes.
There is information that he was known as Dr. Green after the war in secret circles involving abuse, while a less known but equally evil cohort, Ewen Cameron, was known as Dr. White.
Ewen Cameron headed up a research division for Project MKUltra in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This is where I live.
He continued investigation into human biology and psychology, torturing victims, abusing them, in order to learn more about how to break and manipulate the psyche. Victims sued in the 90s, but only received compensation in 2017. It's all admitted int he open, but people don't know much about the sordid history of government mind control.

If you want testimony from people, look into Jay Parker who was a victim of trauma based mind control and sexual abuse as a child, by his family and the secret society hey belonged to. There is also Cathy O'Brien to research, and many others who have come forward with strange tales. Note that some people may have had induced memories or visuals, or hallucinations coupled with either. Memory when being traumatized and drugged, is not very reliable in terms of what you see or hear all the time.

All of this ties into the recent #pizzagate and #fakenews fiasco. Pizzagate pedophilia in government isn't something new.
Government, itself as a word, means mind-control. Gubernare-mente, govern-ment, control-mind. It's not only that there is government mind control, but that government is mind control. We believe in a construct as a way of life, the construct of government, and in doing so we give it power and control over our lives. What "they" say to do, we do, because they re the government who has authority over us. It's all mind control and belief that gives it power from the start, and people go work for this entity and then enforce it's "laws" at the threat of violence to gain more power and control.
Even Edward Bernays, nephew of Sigmund Freud, was a Nazi social engineer who wrote some of the early playbooks on how to manipulate and control a whole population through the media. And yet, people still want to deny that government is involved in mind control?

The CIA does it directly. The media used to be the government watch dog, keeping their lies in check with truth and facts. But that changed in the 50s, as the CIA ran Operation Mockingbird and infiltrated all major media to get specific agendas pushed forward into the public thinking and "collective consciousness". Did it really end like MKUltra allegedly did? Or has it continued while claiming its over?
And apart from the media, the government has indoctrination centers called "schools" to shape us into outcome-based constructors to fit into society. We are fed information and expected ro repeat it to pass tests, even if the information is wrong. You have to repeat certain information to pass a test and continue along the grades and levels in society by graduating.

Maybe your definition of mind control is too much based on a literal control of the mind through a machine controlling the brain, or someone being a "psychic" or something like Professor X and controlling you with their thoughts. That's the fictional sci-fi imagery that they feed you to associate the term "mind control" with fiction, fantasy and unreality. But when you understand what the word means, and how it applies in real life, then your eyes can start to open.
I've mentioned it many times in other posts, secrecy and hiding information is paramount to how intelligentsia operates, as well as government. They hide things from the public people to keep them from the enemy. And being able to do so, and do it frequently, means they can hide anything they want. They can hide facts about issues we do become aware of. And those are facts we know they are hiding. Such as the JFK assassination. Everyone knows the files are being withheld. There are things we don't even know they are not telling us, like was the case with MKUltra when it was created in the 50's and officially lasted into the 70's. I doubt it ended.
The government and intelligentsia feed media outlets information for them to repeat. That's why they have been caught regurgitating information that is exactly the same on several newscasts.

Another great post, I keep asking myself how you manage to consistently post so much good quality content in regular intervals. However you do it, keep it up!
And I agree that the most pervasive and insidious form of mind control doesn't necessitate actual machines acting upon the mind, but the methods of social conditioning via media. There are however countless technologies that do interact directly with the brain and nervous system that can cause specific emotional states.
If such technologies are actually being used as instances of control seems however highly unlikely given that propaganda is so effective and the infrastructure for its dispersal is already fully in place and operational.

Obama's presidency was all about mind control. That is why he had fiction writers, like Ben Rhodes, on staff to "shape the narrative" because no one agreed with the destructive things that Obama was doing.

That's just good marketing. We all buy stories all the time. Why is most modern art totally shit but outrageously expensive? Rich parents? Sometimes sure. But more often it's a cult if personality and the story attached.

Thus book is called something different now and is much more complete. But it has been used to overthrow governments around the world, and create mass shock that mimics the mindset of shock treatment on an individual level. Especially that connected with sensory and sleep deprivation.

If you get to know every detail of someone's life you could deliver a more effective custom message and you can get to know which subjects/words triggers him/her. Now multiply this for the whole population.
TV can only talk to broader audiences so roughly some channels talk to democrats while others talk to republicans but with social media you can give a custom message to every individual. Mind control micromanagement.

LSA, DMT, and mescaline certainly were. However, how is their "recency" in any way significant?
Mind control is still very real! I sort of believe that unless you are very aware of it then you are a victim. For example, where I have had experiences and followed a path of learning the truth, that almost led to complete reprogramming of my own mind, I had to do that, and almost start from scratch again about 7 years ago as I realised everything I was told was a lie. If you do not realise this then the program is working, and they have your mind by the balls!
So my point is, yes they still have these programs, they have us all enslaved, even us ‘privileged’ ones living in a western society, we still have to work 9-5 everyday and pay ridiculous tax and find it hard to really have any freedom (most of us). Now I think outside of the box, I notice the ‘program’ so to speak, and can avoid it or think around it, and I’m sure your the same @krnel
