Suppose you are a player in the extant cabal of banksters, enemedia, and police state surveillance apparatchiks, and participating in developing a plan to restore, retain, and maintain control over the civilian nationals that you derive your power and wealth from. What are some of the angles, devices, strategies and tactics you could use?
There are folk that fit this definition, and they are clearly undertaking to execute a multifaceted program to do exactly that: restore, retain, and maintain their power. We can better understand how they're going to proceed by looking at what is happening, and considering how it meets their goals. It is essential to have some idea about what they're doing in order to prevent it from working.
Here's a few thoughts I have had on the matter while considering the Infowars purge.
Traffic
Individual websites, whether using their own servers or hosting service, DDOS will interfere with their website ops, preventing traffic and the dissemination of the objectionable information you want to prevent being known.
Additional methods and considerations to achieve the goal of traffic disruption include penetration and compromise of the system by hacking (including using the hard and soft backdoors in commercial hard and software mandated by state actors), to more subtly or cryptically impact their ops. Timing attacks to prevent upcoming events (false flag attacks, war crimes, etc...) from being discussed can better prevent timely information dissemination.
Also, having panoptic surveillance product on subject populations enables attacking the problem from both directions. Targeted individuals, known information warriors, etc., can be DDOSed or blocked when they seek to acquire or share such information.
Defunding
Your own enemedia propagandists are funded through various mechanisms, such as government contracts, advertising, and subscriptions. Prevent real news publishers from getting funding through these mechanisms. When they do gain funding despite your control of major financial sources, attack those mechanisms. Demonetize, demonetize, demonetize.
Find ways to impose fees, fines, and sanctions on your opposition. Audit the taxes of individuals, organizations, and supporters of the opposition.
Take Over
Many mechanisms may be useful to gain control of opposition. Rebellious folks that think independently often have vulnerabilities due to the unjust laws they are subject to being rebelled against. Brownstone operations have unlimited utility against almost anyone, if carefully applied per individual weaknesses. Bribery works.
Infiltration of opposition organizations is key to many different angles of attack, like sabotage, gaining deeper insight potentiating better targeted cointelpro ops, and pre-empting exclusive articles, amongst them. Astroturfing and Gaslighting can gain control of particular niches, particularly by possessing exclusive insider and advance information, and carefully grooming the market using advanced sociological and psychological expertise not available to independents.
Legal
In addition to auditing taxes, there are various lawfare attacks that can be used. Libel, slander, and nuisance suits of every stripe and kind can suck the money out of an organization, cause suspicion, dissension, and disruption, and concatenate with every other angle of attack undertaken.
Get folks in the slam, and they're out of the battle, perhaps permanently. Get them evicted, divorced, or in the sights of organizations that can disrupt them extralegally, prompting them to initiate legal actions that distract them from their media ops.
Miscellaneous
Kill them. Deplatform them. Deport them. Destroy them by any means possible. Keep them fragmented and prevent them from uniting by continually exacerbating their differences. Everyone is susceptible to disinformation, and applying covert leaks carefully can pit groups against each other. The more they can be internally fragmented, the less they can respond as an industry holistically.

If enough people stopped paying taxes altogether out of principle and were educated about their jury rights (jury nullification), that could be an effective countermeasure to IRS targeting, essentially shutting down the viability of tax collection and at the same time rendering tax targeting a void tactic. 1 less way for them to target our free speech and a lot less funding for them... Then just get enough people to boycott all the corporate social media platforms and we'd be well on our way to beating them and living in freedom!

Good post; kinda funny, on the one hand I'm thinking that it's good for people to be aware of these kinds of tactics. On the other hand, I can't help but think not to give the enemies any more ideas.

It is important for people to understand the tools of manipulation to better recognize when they are being used against us.
And, when we can see what they're doing we can counter it. Without understanding we are lost.

I reckon diversity of opinion a good thing if discourse remains viable, as folks can gain insight from one another. That's not really fragmentation, which precludes rapprochement and mutual comprehension.
all you are doing is describing the DNCs 2016 strategy, they already weaponized the IRS to go after their political opposition. they already took away banking from legal businesses that opposed them with Operation Choke Point. They already used social media and meta data to manipulate the electorate. All this has already been done by Obama.
