I get such vibes from time to time. I found out how to cure it. For me, getting into some deep woods this time of year clears my registers and refocuses me on important things, rather than the vile narrative that's trying to keep us all in a constant state of panic. It's peak wild mushroom season, and bow hunting for deer and elk, presently, and these are primordial activities that give me a sense of being rooted in the same practices undertaken by my ancestors back into time primeval.
I just got home from a hike up a mountain during which I missed a shot at a bull elk and picked a handful of chanterelles. This may not seem particularly meaningful, but doing the same things men have done for hundreds of thousands of years feels like it aligns my spirit with humanity that has done these very things, that has evolved to do these things innawoods, and I am refreshed spiritually, as well as getting some good cardio hiking rough terrain.
I dunno if there's much in the way of mountains and forest in Pennsylvania, or wherever you're hanging your hat nowadays, but I suspect if you can get out in nature to do some hiking you might reset your soul to a calm and confident state and prune away all the anxiety inducing psyops we are overloaded with of late. Maybe that will be beneficial for you.
